Abra: Gayuma

I am very picky when it comes to rap music specially those written in Filipino. Now don't get me wrong, it's not that I don't like the language, it's just that most rap written in Tagalog usually lacks the class and the right vibe.

A lot of Tagalog rap usually has a lot of cursing and swearing which I don't find appealing. But then again here comes the likes of Gloc9 who takes Filipino rap into a whole new level, but I am not gonna talk about Gloc9 now!

Call me a late bloomer or something but as funny as it may seem I just discovered this guy, Abra. I like the way he wrote down this song about "gayuma" which is like a magic potion that would make someone fall under the spell of the one who had him drink it.

It's nice that he collaborated with other artist on this song that gave that very urban vibe and generally acceptable melody. I guess. Well it passed on to my taste I think it would yours too.

Zendee Rose Guests In The Ellen De Generes Show

Anther Filipino makes it to the Ellen de Generes show!

She was a girl who ventured out to the jungle of Manila and tried her luck on a singing contest -where she was later eliminated- with just a few bucks in her pocket.

While here in Manila she lived in a fire station to cut the costs and goes to the mall during the day time because they can't stay at the fire station.

A youtuber chanced upon Zendee while singing and uploaded the video in youtube and now here she is at the Ellen De Generes Show guesting.

I hope she could make it big as well like Charice.

A fun number with tony

X Factor Philippines Champion: KZ Tandingan

It has been a while since I have heard somebody like this and it KZ truly brings a new high to the Music scene here in the Philippines if not globally.

I bet she would go international in no time. So with that said, let me share my top three favorite Kz Tandingan songs from XFactor Philippines in no particular order, these are the songs that I could listen to over and over.

#3 Kisapmata, here KZ puts more soul and turns this rock song into a uber romatic song.

#2 Make You Feel My Love. KZ once again shows that less is more. get blown away by KZ's redintion of this popular Adele song.

#1 In The End. The best rendition of KZ totally made into her own version. Linkin Park would be so happy to hear this version.
